Guerlain Purchasing and Development Apprentice

Guerlain, a prestigious brand since 1828, is renowned for crafting exceptional fragrances and beauty products. The company is undergoing a transformation to become the most iconic high perfumery and cosmetic house, surpassing competition in exclusivity and image.

1. Negotiate and develop PLV references for the global retail network.
2. Purchase in accordance with Guerlain's purchasing policy and LVMH group strategy, ensuring quality, cost, and deadline compliance.
3. Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in collaboration with Merchandising and suppliers.
4. Propose technical solutions with a value analysis approach to optimize launch campaign margins and incorporate eco-design.
5. Deploy the entire purchasing process, including needs analysis, sourcing, tender management, negotiation, contracting, and supplier evaluation.
6. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely availability of elements.
7. Anticipate risks and manage alerts to ensure time to market.
8. Oversee contract execution, ensure tariff conditions are met, guarantee quality, and intervene in case of disputes.
9. Participate in budget preparation and ensure adherence.

1. Currently in the final year of a Bac+5 program (business school, engineering school, or university) ideally with a specialization in Purchasing, Development, or Project Management.

Beginner

Currently in the final year of a Bac+5 program (business school, engineering school, or university).

One-year apprenticeship starting in September 2025 in Paris.
