Guerlain Public Relations Marketing Intern

- Collaborate with the Assistant PR Manager to develop and execute seeding strategies aimed at influencers and media to enhance Guerlain's market presence.
- Ensure timely availability of seeding quantities and inventories for new product launches and campaigns.
- Adapt and distribute press releases, pitch targeted stories, and send gifts to cultivate strong relationships with key media and KOL contacts.
- Support communication with retailers regarding new assets, creative requests, and short copywriting as needed.
- Source, plan, and coordinate with third-party suppliers for PR event execution, including logistics, set-up, and post-event follow-up.
- Assist in planning and executing key launches, trade, and in-store events for media and KOLs.
- Organize media and KOL interviews with internal spokespersons from headquarters.
- Monitor media coverage for all activations and submit monthly PR clippings and weekly newsletters to the regional team.
- Prepare weekly internal reports to assess the effectiveness of media and KOL engagement, organic coverage, and gift tracking.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify influential media and KOLs engaged by competitor brands.
- Maintain regular communication with media and KOLs to understand their editorial interests and propose relevant advertorials for key launches.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth seeding delivery, arrange meetings, and assist the internal marketing team with documentation and event support.
- University student with a passion for luxury beauty brands and a desire to represent Guerlain's DNA and heritage.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of six months of internship.
- Appreciation for creativity within the luxury universe.
- Strong teamwork skills, independence, and motivation to perform under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude, motivational spirit, and ability to effectively communicate the brand's values.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
No prior experience required, but a foundational understanding of public relations and marketing principles is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
