1. Support the PR & Marketing Manager in achieving key departmental objectives, including driving EMV across social channels and securing press coverage.
2. Assist in organizing press and influencer launches, including travel arrangements and itinerary compilation.
3. Serve as the primary contact for journalists, efficiently handling and logging press inquiries.
4. Conduct daily media reviews for coverage and articles of interest.
5. Ensure timely dispatch of new launches and manage gifting processes.
6. Plan, organize, and execute events for product launches and key in-store moments.
7. Maintain and update media and influencer contact databases.
8. Manage and distribute print and online press coverage using the Clippings platform.
9. Monitor brand buzz and competitor activity, creating campaigns around influencer activations.
10. Control and order stock for new launches and send-outs.
11. Compile internal reports and conduct competitor analysis.
12. Perform administrative duties, including using SAP for purchase orders and budget tracking.
13. Ensure all assets for upcoming launches are properly archived.
14. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure task completion and deadline adherence.
