1. Assist in the creation of press materials including seedings, press kits, and press releases.
2. Coordinate interviews with Guerlain ambassadors.
3. Manage press requests from international subsidiaries.
4. Compile international press reviews on a monthly, thematic, and annual basis for 26 countries.
5. Support the development of influence tools such as guidelines, seedings, and collaborations.
6. Coordinate influence partnerships with subsidiaries.
7. Validate and monitor influence listings.
8. Manage reporting tasks related to influence activities.
9. Provide logistical support for international events, including hotels, gifts, ticketing, transfers, and product arrangements.
10. Assist in creating guidelines for international press and ePR events.
11. Organize logistics for international press trips and ad-hoc travel requests from countries.
12. Handle requests from 26 subsidiaries regarding information, interview follow-ups, logistics for shoots, credits, care, and visits.
13. Conduct media monitoring and track major launches/events in the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
14. Coordinate and assist with team logistics.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, communication program, or equivalent university course at a Bac +4/5 level.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Knowledge of beauty press and influencers.
3. Enthusiastic and creative with a sensitivity to luxury and beauty.
4. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 level in a relevant field.
