1. Manage requests from 26 subsidiaries, including information dissemination, interview coordination, logistics for photoshoots, and organizing visits.
2. Handle requests from foreign journalists based in Paris, including shopping, sending press kits, and visuals.
3. Provide logistical support for international events, including arrangements for hotels, gifts, tickets, transfers, and liaising with various service providers.
4. Assist in creating guidelines for international press and ePR events.
5. Support the development of press and influencer tools, including seedings, press kits, and releases.
6. Coordinate logistics for international press trips and ad-hoc travel requests from countries.
7. Compile international press reviews on a monthly, thematic, and annual basis for 26 countries.
8. Conduct media monitoring and track major launches/events in the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
9. Coordinate and provide logistical support to the team.

1. Enrolled in a business school, communication program, or equivalent university course at Bac +4/5 level.
2. Recognized for strong writing skills and knowledge of beauty press and influencers.
3. Enthusiastic, creative, with a genuine sensitivity to luxury and beauty.
4. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
