Guerlain Public Relations and ePR Intern

- Manage requests from 26 subsidiaries, including information dissemination, interview coordination, logistics for photoshoots, and organizing visits.
- Handle requests from foreign journalists based in Paris, including shopping, sending press kits, and visuals.
- Provide logistical support for international events, including arrangements for hotels, gifts, tickets, transfers, and liaising with various service providers.
- Assist in creating guidelines for international press and ePR events.
- Support the development of press and influencer tools, including seedings, press kits, and releases.
- Coordinate logistics for international press trips and ad-hoc travel requests from countries.
- Compile international press reviews on a monthly, thematic, and annual basis for 26 countries.
- Conduct media monitoring and track major launches/events in the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support to the team.
- Enrolled in a business school, communication program, or equivalent university course at Bac +4/5 level.
- Recognized for strong writing skills and knowledge of beauty press and influencers.
- Enthusiastic, creative, with a genuine sensitivity to luxury and beauty.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, communication, or a related field at Bac +4/5 level.
