1. Develop and implement marketing, trade, visual merchandising, digital, and training plans in collaboration with the Area Manager.
2. Create and customize 360° marketing packages for key franchises by retailer.
3. Prepare and present comprehensive 360° plans to retailers, supporting negotiations.
4. Forecast sales products and POSM for new launches.
5. Execute animation and visual merchandising plans, coordinating sales support tools production.
6. Organize training and VIC events.
7. Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, negotiate quotes, and oversee production.
8. Monitor and control the A&P budget.
9. Manage spa projects, including commercial, marketing, merchandising, PR, and CRM across multiple locations.
10. Coordinate the opening of new spas and adapt marketing plans accordingly.
11. Implement clientelling plans to develop local clientele.
12. Collaborate on merchandising plan implementation and ensure execution.
13. Organize PR and VIP events in partnership with spa teams.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in operational marketing, preferably in the luxury perfumes and cosmetics sector.
2. Fluency in French and English; Spanish is advantageous.
3. Eligibility for the VIE program, including age and citizenship requirements.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
4. Excellent team collaboration and remote relationship-building abilities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in operational marketing within the luxury perfumes and cosmetics sector.
