- Lead new product innovation projects to ensure market-ready products that meet deadlines, quality, and cost standards.
- Conduct prefeasibility studies, risk analysis, and identify potential project obstacles to anticipate challenges.
- Develop project timelines with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, providing alerts and alternative solutions as needed.
- Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, serving as an interface or alert role.

- Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
- Minimum of 3 years of diverse industrial experience in areas such as project development, production management, industrial logistics, investment project management, or technical product development.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and data handling.
- Familiarity with Asana is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years in industrial project management or related fields is required.
