Guerlain Project Coordinator, Brand Animation and Merchandising

- Lead new product innovation projects to ensure market readiness, adhering to timelines, quality standards, and cost constraints.
- Conduct prefeasibility studies, risk analyses, and identify potential project obstacles to preemptively address challenges.
- Develop project timelines in collaboration with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, providing alerts and solutions for any deviations.
- Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, acting as an interface and alert system for ongoing projects.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to secure successful product launches.
- Oversee the regulatory compliance of catalog products in collaboration with regulatory teams and project managers, aligning with current regulations and deployment strategies.
- Analyze risks, develop recommendations for prioritization, and define action plans with experts.
- Manage compliance processes and track performance indicators.
- Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
- Minimum of 3 years of diverse industrial experience in project management, production management, industrial logistics, investment project management, or technical product development.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and dynamic with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and achieve consensus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and data handling.
- Familiarity with Asana is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in varied industrial roles, including project development, production management, and logistics.
Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
