- Lead new product innovation projects to ensure market readiness, adhering to timelines, quality standards, and cost constraints.
- Conduct prefeasibility studies, risk analysis, and identify potential project roadblocks to anticipate challenges.
- Develop project timelines with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, providing alerts and alternative solutions when necessary.
- Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, acting as an interface or alert role.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to secure successful product launches.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure product compliance with current regulations and deployment strategies.
- Analyze risks, construct recommendations for arbitration and prioritization, and define action plans with experts.
- Oversee product compliance and monitor key performance indicators.
- Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
- Minimum of 3 years of diverse industrial experience in project management, production management, industrial logistics, investment project management, or technical product development.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and data processing.
- Familiarity with Asana is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
A minimum of 3 years in industrial project management or related fields.
Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
