1. Lead innovation projects for new product development, ensuring market readiness in terms of compliance, timelines, quality, and cost.
2. Conduct prefeasibility studies, risk analysis, and identify potential project challenges to proactively address issues.
3. Develop project timelines with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, providing alerts and alternative solutions when necessary.
4. Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, acting as a liaison and alert system for project stakeholders.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to secure successful product launches.
6. Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure product compliance with current regulations and deployment strategies.
7. Analyze risks, construct recommendations for prioritization, and define action plans with experts.
8. Oversee product compliance processes and monitor performance indicators.

1. Advanced degree from an engineering or business school.
2. Minimum of 3 years of diverse industrial experience in project management, production management, industrial logistics, investment project management, or technical product development.

1. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and achieve consensus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and data management.
5. Familiarity with Asana is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in industrial project management or related fields.

Advanced degree in engineering or business.
