Guerlain Project & Visual Merchandising Executive

- Develop detailed briefs for all new product launches, ensuring timely production and installation of POSM and visuals in alignment with internal guidelines.
- Create and distribute guidelines for new launch updates to all teams, ensuring consistent execution across locations.
- Ensure flawless merchandising execution, adhering strictly to brand guidelines and image standards.
- Forecast POSM and visual merchandising elements for new launches, maintaining alignment with the annual budget.
- Coordinate advance shipments of POSM to suppliers and retailers to facilitate timely market execution.
- Implement and execute new visual merchandising updates across all travel retail locations, coordinating with commercial, marketing, and regional teams.
- Maintain communication with the Paris headquarters on all visual merchandising matters.
- Conduct shop visits to ensure optimal maintenance and presentation.
- Perform competitive analysis and report findings to the head office regarding the Middle East and Africa region.
- Manage and track monthly budgets for retailers, handling all visual merchandising-related purchase orders.
- Address and resolve maintenance issues across travel retail locations, ensuring optimal store presentation.
- Develop comprehensive visual merchandising books and planograms for new store openings, including tester lists and collateral logistics.
- Forecast tools, POSM, and collateral needs for store openings, renovations, and updates.
- Ensure precise execution of new and renovated counters, including regular travel for inspections.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or travel retail is preferred.
- Proven experience in trade or merchandising is required.
- Autonomous with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Rigorous, reliable, and organized.
- Background in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is preferred.
- Creative with a focus on enhancing Guerlain's market position.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
