1. Lead a continuous improvement project utilizing the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Innovate, Control).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
2. Ideally possess initial experience in production and/or continuous improvement within an industrial setting.
3. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills along with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
4. Recognized for being organized, autonomous, curious, results-oriented, and dynamic.
