2. Optimize manufacturing models by leading projects to improve production and cleaning efficiency.
3. Assist the Production Manager in team communication and training initiatives.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in product-process or process engineering.
2. Ideally, some initial experience in production or continuous improvement within an industrial setting.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
3. Organized, methodical, and autonomous.
4. Curious, results-oriented, and dynamic.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to production or continuous improvement in an industrial environment.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering.
