1. Lead a continuous improvement project utilizing the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Innovate, Control).
2. Support teams in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Actively participate in short-interval control loops to enhance operational efficiency.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
2. Ideally, some experience in production or continuous improvement within an industrial setting.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong analytical and reporting abilities.
