3. Assist the Production Manager in team communication and training initiatives.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on product-process or process engineering.
2. Previous experience in production or continuous improvement in an industrial setting is preferred.

Entry-level experience in production or continuous improvement within an industrial environment is ideal.
