Guerlain Product Owner - Data, E-Business & Communication

- Lead and manage Data E-Business and Digital Media projects, ensuring the development, quality, and compliance of 1st party data collection to enhance e-commerce and digital media strategies.
- Support HQ and market teams in leveraging data for E-Commerce and Ad Tech projects, utilizing tools such as Google Suite and Meta Business Manager.
- Implement advanced on-site personalization use cases using Dynamic Yield through A/B testing on the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate closely with LVMH teams to disseminate and apply best practices to meet Guerlain's needs.
- Work with stakeholders including Business Teams, Data Product Owners, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure successful end-to-end data project execution.
- Maintain and develop multi-source reporting and alerting systems to assist E-Business and Digital Media teams in performance management from acquisition to conversion.
- Conduct continuous insight generation and analysis to monitor G.COM performance and user experience quality, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support central and local teams in performance analysis framing.
- Promote Data & AI initiatives, communicating project results within the Data community (HQ, Zones, and Markets).
- Develop materials and conduct Webex sessions to foster a data-driven mindset and ensure the adoption of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, ContentSquare, Google Suite).
- Aid e-commerce and digital media teams in defining and applying best practices to optimize performance, including SFCC guidelines, product flow management, and Audience Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Digital and/or Data Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in web performance tools (GA4, ContentSquare), dashboarding (Power BI, Looker Studio), and optimization (Dynamic Yield, A/B Tasty).
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to data initiatives.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Digital and/or Data Marketing.
