Guerlain Product Marketing Intern

- Support the Product Marketing Manager in executing category launch plans for skincare, fragrance, and beauty.
- Conduct monthly and ad hoc analysis using Circana for all categories.
- Assist in implementing campaigns to launch innovations and sustain growth of key products.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for product launches for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain updated marketing tools and resources for upcoming launches.
- Create price benchmarks and product mappings for new launches.
- Assist in creating printed collateral for in-store activities and product launches.
- Collaborate with the retail team to support in-store events.
- Assist in the forecasting process and update working documents for the category.
- Manage preseries forecasting and dispatch to relevant departments.
- Update the preseries budget tracker monthly.
- Support monthly product allocation to stores.
- Handle all POSM orders and manage the POs process.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
- Manage individual projects, depending on role development.
- Support cross-functional marketing requests from other departments.
- Conduct competitor analysis through store visits and report on new launches and marketing activities.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- 12 months of experience in Marketing within the luxury or FMCG sector.
- Strong interest in the beauty and skincare industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.

- French language skills are advantageous.
12 months of marketing experience in luxury or FMCG sectors.
