- Develop and implement category-specific strategies to achieve sales targets, including defining KPIs and executing monthly marketing plans.
- Lead 360-degree launch strategies for HERO and new products, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational tasks related to product launches and provide strategic insights for accurate demand forecasting.
- Manage sales and expense budgets effectively.
- Conduct daily sales and CRM analysis using Excel and BI tools, delivering insights to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze activation performance for major launches and report findings to headquarters.
- Monitor competitor products and media exposure to inform strategic planning and messaging.
- Create compelling messaging aligned with brand tone, product features, and target audience.
- Collaborate with various teams including Digital, CRM, Media, and Supply & Demand to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- University degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, although candidates with less experience may be considered based on qualifications.
