1. Support product managers in daily operations across fragrance, skincare, and makeup categories.
2. Analyze market data and assist in regular reporting for the parent company.
3. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor best practices within the industry.
4. Translate English materials from the parent company into German, including presentations for clients and conferences.
5. Develop and implement support materials in collaboration with agencies and suppliers.
6. Manage individual projects with a high degree of autonomy.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
2. Initial practical experience in marketing or a strong interest in the field.
3. Passion for Guerlain's product range and the luxury cosmetics industry.
4. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and basic experience with MS Excel.
5. Fluent in German and proficient in English; French is a plus.
6. Proactive and independent work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
