1. Support product managers in daily operations across fragrance, skincare, and make-up categories.
2. Analyze market data and assist in regular reporting to the parent company.
3. Conduct competitor analyses and monitor best practices in the industry.
4. Translate English materials from the parent company into German, including presentations for clients and conferences.
5. Develop and implement support materials in collaboration with agencies and suppliers.
6. Manage individual projects.

1. Completion of at least three semesters in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
2. Initial practical experience in marketing or a strong interest in the field.

1. Passion for Guerlain's product world and the luxury cosmetics industry.
2. Interest in cosmetic trends and consumer behavior.
3. Aesthetic proficiency in MS PowerPoint and basic experience with MS Excel.
4. Fluent German and strong English skills; French is a plus.
5. Proactive and independent work style with a high sense of responsibility.
6. Creative flair combined with analytical skills.

Beginner level experience required, ideally with some exposure to marketing.

At least three semesters completed in relevant fields such as Business Administration or Marketing.
