- Optimize project management software tools for product innovations and evolutions, including defining requirements with project managers and users, automating data updates, and establishing best practices for tool usage.
- Lead regulatory compliance and new product projects to ensure market-ready products that meet deadlines, quality, and cost standards.
- Conduct pre-feasibility studies, risk analysis, and identify potential project obstacles to anticipate challenges.
- Develop project timelines with subject matter experts and monitor milestone adherence, providing alerts and alternative solutions when necessary.
- Manage cost control for projects.
- Facilitate project follow-up and feasibility meetings, participating as an interface or alert role in related discussions.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school with a strong interest in IT tools and project management.
- Proficiency in data handling, analysis, and synthesis.
- Mastery of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate; familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
- Autonomous, meticulous, organized, and energetic.
