1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for premium makeup products to achieve annual revenue targets and enhance brand awareness.
2. Plan, execute, and oversee annual marketing and promotional plans, including new product launches and ongoing support for existing products.
3. Enhance and maintain the Guerlain brand image through aesthetic promotions aligned with corporate philosophy and global standards.
4. Continuously monitor and update the marketing mix for makeup categories, analyzing competitive positioning and market trends.
5. Manage and control marketing budgets to contribute to corporate profitability, preparing budget materials as required.
6. Provide regular reporting, including monthly and weekly updates to management and campaign analysis for new product evaluations.

1. University graduate or higher education level.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in cosmetic brands.

1. Fluency in both Korean and English.
2. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, with a focus on marketing and product coordination.

University degree or higher.
