Guerlain Procurement and Supply Chain Project Manager - Fragrance Raw Materials

- Coordinate the approval of new suppliers, raw materials, and formulas in collaboration with the fragrance creation studio and R&I to ensure successful product launches.
- Secure the fragrance raw materials portfolio by preparing contract renewal lists and monitoring stock levels of critical materials.
- Manage raw material costs by preparing tenders, conducting cost impact analyses, and resolving billing disputes.
- Ensure the supply of fragrance raw materials by analyzing purchase requests, verifying needs based on origin, history, and upcoming innovations not yet listed in SAP.
- Act as a liaison for cosmetic raw materials used at the Orphin site.
- Handle administrative tasks related to fragrance raw materials, including updating lot sizes, receiving and distributing mail and samples, and maintaining SAP data.
- Support logistics and quality teams in resolving supplier issues.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in engineering with a specialization in procurement or equivalent university degree.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a raw materials buyer in the fragrance industry.
- Strong technical expertise in ingredients, raw materials, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a raw materials procurement role within the fragrance industry, demonstrating technical expertise and regulatory knowledge.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in engineering with a specialization in procurement or equivalent.
The role offers a hybrid working model with three days at the Orphin production site, one day at the Paris headquarters, and one day of remote work.
