1. Act as the Guerlain ambassador for Gaisho teams, building networks and educating them about the brand through brand inductions and experiential events.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Department Store Gaisho Teams, negotiating and organizing exclusive events.
3. Plan, organize, and host VIC events, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for high-value customers.
4. Coordinate with headquarters in Paris for organizing exclusive experiences for Gaisho teams and VIC customers, if English proficiency allows.
5. Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan and execute brand partnership initiatives for recruiting new VIC customers.
6. Manage customer relations throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
7. Work with counter managers and the CRM team to understand top VIC customers' lifestyles and preferences for a personalized approach.

1. University degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in luxury brands or roles involving department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs

1. Proficiency in sales planning techniques
2. Knowledge of fair coordination and department store procedures
3. Strong customer relationship management skills
4. Basic PC skills
5. Expert knowledge of Guerlain history and products (for internal candidates)
6. Preferably expert level in skincare or fragrance

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in sales within luxury brands or roles involving significant interaction with department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs.
