1. Serve as the Guerlain ambassador for Department Store Gaisho teams, building networks and educating them about the brand.
2. Conduct brand inductions and organize Guerlain experiences such as facials, fragrance consultations, and makeup services.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Department Store Gaisho Teams, negotiating and planning events.
4. Plan, organize, and host VIC events, ensuring active participation and sales during these events.
5. Coordinate with HQ teams in Paris to organize experiences for Department Stores Gaisho teams and VIC customers, if English proficiency allows.
6. Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan, organize, and host brand partnership initiatives for VIC customer recruitment.
7. Manage customer relations throughout the sales process, from initial welcome to closing.
8. Work with counter managers and the CRM team to understand top VIC customers' lifestyles and preferences for personalized engagement.

1. University degree or equivalent

1. Sales planning techniques
2. Knowledge of fair coordination and department store procedures
3. Customer relationship management
4. Basic PC skills
5. Strong knowledge of Guerlain history and products
6. Expertise in skincare or fragrance preferred

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in luxury brands or roles involving department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs.

University degree or equivalent
