1. Serve as the Guerlain ambassador for Department Stores Gaisho teams, building networks and educating them on the brand.
2. Conduct brand inductions and organize Guerlain experiences such as facials, fragrance consultations, and makeup services.
3. Establish strong relationships with Department Store Gaisho Teams and negotiate event collaborations.
4. Plan, organize, and host VIC events, acting as the primary host and sales representative.
5. Coordinate with HQ teams in Paris to organize Paris experiences for Gaisho teams and VIC customers, if proficient in English.
6. Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan and execute brand partnership initiatives for VIC recruitment.
7. Manage customer relations throughout the sales process, from initial welcome to closing.
8. Work with counter managers and CRM team to understand top VIC customers' lifestyles and preferences for personalized service.

1. University degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in luxury brands or roles involving department store and VIP interactions

2. Knowledge of fair coordination and department store procedures
3. Proficiency in customer relationship management
4. Basic PC skills
5. Strong knowledge of Guerlain history and products (for internal candidates)
6. Expertise in skincare or fragrance preferred

A minimum of 5 years in sales within luxury brands or roles requiring engagement with department store representatives and VIPs.
