1. Act as the Guerlain ambassador for Department Store Gaisho teams, building networks and educating them on the brand.
2. Conduct brand inductions and organize Guerlain experiences such as facials, fragrance consultations, and makeup services.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Department Store Gaisho Teams, negotiating and planning events.
4. Plan, organize, and host VIC events, taking a leading role in hosting and sales activities.
5. Coordinate with HQ teams in Paris for organizing Paris experiences for Gaisho teams and VIC customers, if English proficiency allows.
6. Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan and host brand partnership initiatives for VIC recruitment.
7. Manage customer relations throughout the entire process, from welcome to sales closing.
8. Work with counter managers and CRM teams to understand top VIC customers' lifestyles and preferences for personalized service.

1. University degree or equivalent
2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in luxury brands or roles involving department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs

1. Proficiency in sales planning techniques
2. Knowledge of fair coordination and department store procedures
3. Strong customer relationship management skills
4. Basic PC skills
5. Expert knowledge of Guerlain history and products, preferably in skincare or fragrance

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within luxury brands or positions involving department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs is required.
