Guerlain Private Client Relations Manager

- Act as the Guerlain ambassador for Department Store Gaisho teams, building networks and educating them on the brand.
- Conduct brand inductions and organize Guerlain experiences such as facials, fragrance consultations, and makeup services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Department Store Gaisho Teams, negotiating and planning events.
- Plan, organize, and host VIC events, taking a leading role in hosting and sales activities.
- Coordinate with HQ teams in Paris for organizing Paris experiences for Gaisho teams and VIC customers, if English proficiency allows.
- Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan and host brand partnership initiatives for VIC recruitment.
- Manage customer relations throughout the entire process, from welcome to sales closing.
- Work with counter managers and CRM teams to understand top VIC customers' lifestyles and preferences for personalized service.
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in luxury brands or roles involving department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs
- Proficiency in sales planning techniques
- Knowledge of fair coordination and department store procedures
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Basic PC skills
- Expert knowledge of Guerlain history and products, preferably in skincare or fragrance
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within luxury brands or positions involving department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs is required.
University degree or equivalent
