1. Serve as the Guerlain ambassador for Department Stores Gaisho teams, building a network and educating them about the brand through brand inductions and organizing Guerlain experiences such as facials, fragrance consultations, and makeup services.
2. Establish and nurture strong relationships with Department Store Gaisho Teams, negotiating and organizing events with them.
3. Plan, organize, and host VIC events, taking an active role in hosting and selling during these occasions.
4. Coordinate with HQ teams in Paris to organize Paris experiences for both Department Stores Gaisho teams and VIC customers, if English proficiency allows.
5. Collaborate with the retail marketing team to plan, organize, and host brand partnership initiatives aimed at recruiting new VIC customers.
6. Manage customer relations throughout the entire process, from initial welcome to sales closing.
7. Work with counter managers and the CRM team to gain a deeper understanding of top VIC customers' lifestyles and preferences, enabling a more personalized approach.

1. University degree or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of sales experience in luxury brands or roles involving interaction with department store representatives, Gaisho, and VIPs

1. Proficiency in sales planning techniques
2. Knowledge of fair coordination and department store procedures
3. Strong customer relationship management skills
4. Basic PC skills
5. Strong knowledge of Guerlain history and products (for internal candidates)
6. Expertise in skincare or fragrance preferred

A minimum of 5 years in sales within the luxury sector or in roles requiring engagement with department stores and VIPs.
