- Manage and develop a portfolio of VIC (Very Important Client) customers in France and visiting international clients, identifying and recruiting new high‑potential clients.
- Design, coordinate and deliver bespoke ultra‑premium client experiences (private appointments, masterclasses, exclusive presentations, heritage visits) tailored to individual client needs.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for private clients — from prospecting and clienteling to the ceremony of sale, operations, delivery, invoicing and after‑sales follow up.
- Represent the Maison at private events, partner institutions and VIP activations in France and internationally, acting as an ambassador for the brand.
- Collaborate closely with retail teams, store managers, the Retail & Marketing directions and the international Private Clients team to align strategies and operations.
- Create and monitor dedicated P&L and sales targets for the private client portfolio; define and track KPIs and measure ROI of client initiatives.
- Enrich and maintain the client database in compliance with data protection rules; implement clienteling tools and sales dashboards to support the business.
- Develop relationships with personal shoppers and key players in department stores to amplify acquisition and conversion opportunities.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in luxury sales, private client management or high‑end client development with a solid commercial track record.
- Fluent English is indispensable; additional languages are a significant asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and lasting relationships with a demanding international clientele.
- Strong commercial orientation: demonstrable ability to recruit, retain and grow a VIC clientele and to generate bespoke, high‑value sales.
- Polished presentation and representation skills suitable for elite events, masterclasses and VIP contexts.
- Proven capacity to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, plan events and orchestrate seamless client experiences.
- Autonomy, proactivity, excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to operate in high‑pressure, culturally nuanced luxury environments.
- High sensitivity to heritage brands, craftsmanship and the ability to narrate brand history and savoir‑faire convincingly.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, luxury management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
