1. Introduce new ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWI) to Guerlain by leveraging personal and professional networks within the luxury and high-society community.
2. Facilitate private sales transactions, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized experiences to foster loyalty and repeat business.
4. Plan and host exclusive private client events in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
5. Travel within the Thailand market to engage and recruit new clientele, ensuring a broad and diverse client base.
6. Collaborate with the Brand General Manager for Thailand, providing regular updates on client acquisition, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.

1. Proven track record in managing relationships with UHNWI, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop business strategies to attract and retain private clients.

1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and partners.
2. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners.
3. Understanding of local culture and business practices in Thailand, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
4. Ability to analyze market trends, client data, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management and sales within the luxury sector.

A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field. Proficiency in English and Thai is highly desirable.
