- Introduce new ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWI) to Guerlain by leveraging personal and professional networks within the luxury and high-society community.
- Facilitate private sales transactions, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and personalized experiences to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Plan and host exclusive private client events in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
- Travel within the Thailand market to engage and recruit new clientele, ensuring a broad and diverse client base.
- Work with the Brand General Manager for Thailand, providing regular updates on client acquisition, sales performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with UHNWI, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop business strategies to attract and retain private clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners.
- Understanding of local culture and business practices in Thailand, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
- Ability to analyze market trends, client data, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, and business development within the luxury sector.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management or a related field. Proficiency in English and Thai is highly desirable.
