1. Assist in the development of press tools, including seedings, press kits, and press releases.
2. Coordinate interviews with Guerlain ambassadors.
3. Manage press requests from international subsidiaries.
4. Compile international press reviews on a monthly, thematic, and annual basis for 26 countries.
5. Support the creation of influence tools such as guidelines, seedings, and collaborations.
6. Coordinate influence partnerships with subsidiaries.
7. Validate and monitor influence listings.
8. Handle reporting related to influence activities.
9. Provide logistical support for international events, including accommodations, gifts, ticketing, transfers, and product management.
10. Assist in creating guidelines for international press and ePR events.
11. Manage logistics for international press trips and occasional travel requests from countries.
12. Handle requests from 26 subsidiaries, including information management, interview coordination, logistics for shootings, credits, care, and visits.
13. Conduct media monitoring and track major launches/events in the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
14. Coordinate and assist with team logistics.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, communication program, or equivalent university course (Bac + 4/5).

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Knowledge of beauty press and influencers.
3. Enthusiastic and creative with a strong affinity for luxury and beauty.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
