1. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
2. Utilize magazines, web, and social media platforms for PR campaigns.
3. Cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers.
4. Plan and execute events, product launches, and presentations.
5. Create and manage press releases and promotional materials.
6. Conduct interviews and oversee the publication of articles.
7. Coordinate advertising efforts and partnership tie-ups.
8. Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Digital, and Sales.

1. University degree required.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in brand PR, ePR, or PR agency.
3. Background in cosmetics or luxury industry preferred.
4. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
