- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance brand image and product appeal.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, including magazines, web platforms, and social media.
- Organize and manage events, product launches, and presentations to promote new products.
- Create and oversee the production of press releases and promotional materials.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure accuracy in published articles.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Education & Development.
- Engage with external partners including PR agencies, journalists, and influencers.
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand PR, ePR, or within a PR agency.
- Experience in engaging with journalists and influencers.
- Background in the cosmetics or luxury industry preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
