1. Develop and implement a local (e-)PR and influencer strategy in close collaboration with the headquarters in France.
2. Maintain relationships with press and influencer management.
3. Plan and execute local and international influencer and press events, including travel arrangements.
4. Prepare and conduct roundtable meetings with relevant publishing houses.
5. Plan and prepare product mailings and press releases.
6. Regularly handle press inquiries.
7. Report, analyze, and monitor the success of press and influencer collaborations.

1. Completed university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, ideally within the cosmetics industry and/or an international context.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Fluency in German and English, with French as an advantage.
3. Exceptional communication skills and writing proficiency.
4. Flexibility, high self-motivation, and enjoyment in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
5. Strong organizational skills.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, ideally within the cosmetics industry and/or an international context.

Completed university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
