- Develop and implement a local (e-)PR and influencer strategy in close coordination with the headquarters in France.
- Maintain relationships with press and influencer management teams.
- Plan and execute local and international influencer and press events, as well as travel arrangements.
- Prepare and conduct roundtable meetings with relevant publishing houses.
- Plan and prepare product dispatches and press releases.
- Regularly handle press inquiries.
- Report, analyze, and monitor the success of press and influencer collaborations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or related field, preferably within the cosmetics industry or an international context.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English; French is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in writing.
- Flexibility, high self-motivation, and enjoyment in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, ideally within the cosmetics industry or an international context.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
