- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Prepare, distribute, and monitor PR seedings.
- Distribute press releases and other PR materials.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in organizing PR and client events.
- Support the creation and implementation of omnichannel experiences and 360-degree campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with daily tasks.
- Initiate projects to enhance brand recognition across various channels.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Deliver necessary reporting and presentations.
- Collaborate with HQ, sales, product development, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or events.
- Strong motivation and passion for high-end quality execution.
- Focus on results and effectiveness.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent Polish and English language skills.
- Copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing, PR, or events is required.
