Guerlain PR & Marketing Specialist

- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Prepare, distribute, and monitor PR seedings.
- Distribute press releases and other PR materials.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in organizing PR and client events.
- Support the creation and implementation of omnichannel experiences and 360-degree campaigns.
- Aid the Marketing Manager in daily tasks.
- Initiate projects to enhance brand recognition across various channels.
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Deliver required reporting and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters, sales, product development, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or events.
- Strong motivation and passion for the luxury sector.
- Focus on high-quality execution and results.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and social media platforms.
- Copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, PR, or events is required.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work.
