Guerlain PR & Communications Intern

1. Coordinate events and execute media and influencer actions.
2. Develop and manage communications content for offline and online platforms.
3. Maintain relationships with international teams to execute the PR plan locally.
4. Manage physical events and online activations.
5. Develop PR and social media content, including press releases and social media copy.
6. Lead influencer and media actions, identifying collaboration opportunities.
7. Monitor PR and communications performance, analyze KPIs, and develop reports.
8. Manage PR material stock and supplier relationships.
9. Stay updated on trends and collaboration opportunities related to the brand.
10. Coordinate internal communications and collaborate with the Training team.

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
2. Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

2. Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
3. Attention to detail and strong management skills.
4. Organizational skills and sense of urgency.
5. Knowledge of social media trends and the influencer landscape.
6. Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector.

Previous professional experience is considered advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
