1. Provide administrative and logistical support for training, including managing administrative files and organizing logistical aspects of training sessions.
2. Monitor the billing process related to training activities.
3. Administer the 360 Learning platform, including user profile management and tracking usage KPIs.
4. Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including organizing integration seminars and managing e-learning modules.
5. Manage editorial content on the intranet 'INSIDE GUERLAIN' for both France and international audiences.
6. Support internal events, including logistical management for key company events.
7. Lead a cross-functional project based on intern's interests and business needs, such as redesigning integration pathways or creating internal events.
8. Ensure budget tracking reliability and complete training dossiers.
9. Maintain high rates of new hires receiving 'Welcome Packs' and completing e-learning on time.
10. Foster effective interaction and collaboration with various stakeholders.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
2. Strong written communication skills.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Organizational and rigorous approach.
5. Dynamic and proactive attitude.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
7. Ability to manage operational tasks alongside creative projects.
8. Interest in the luxury and beauty sectors.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.

This is a conventioned internship starting in January 2026 for a duration of six months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
