1. Define supplier panels and manage the tendering process for new product launches, negotiating contractual terms including quality, timelines, and costs.
2. Support project stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution.
3. Initiate and sustain continuous improvement processes in logistics and quality, aligning with the brand's aesthetic standards.
4. Collaborate with Financial Control to manage budget and procurement performance.
5. Assist in resolving disputes related to quality, logistics, and administration.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Packaging Procurement within the cosmetics or food industry.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP.
3. Curiosity, rigor, and pragmatism.
4. Autonomy and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Result-oriented with effective project management capabilities.
6. Leadership and initiative-taking abilities.

A minimum of 3 years in a Packaging Procurement role within the cosmetics or food industry is required.
