1. Define supplier panels and manage the entire procurement process for new product launches, including tendering, contract negotiation, and capacity planning.
2. Ensure seamless project execution by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including packaging development, marketing, logistics, quality, finance, and production.
3. Drive continuous improvement processes in operational procurement, focusing on lead time reduction, quality enhancement, and value creation.
4. Support budget management and procurement performance tracking with the assistance of the financial control team.
5. Resolve disputes related to quality, logistics, and administrative issues.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging procurement within the cosmetics or food industry.

1. Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel.
2. Familiarity with SAP.
3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Results-oriented with a pragmatic approach to project management.
5. Curiosity, rigor, and autonomy.

A minimum of 3 years in a packaging procurement role within the cosmetics or food industry.

Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related field.
