1. Lead packaging development for new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, innovation, purchasing, production, and quality.
2. Translate marketing briefs into technical solutions that meet industrial feasibility requirements.
3. Evaluate necessary investments for project realization.
4. Ensure alignment of projects with the company's sustainability goals.
5. Manage packaging innovation projects, overseeing timelines, costs, quality, and quantities.
6. Identify and brief partner suppliers, co-develop development schedules, and ensure adherence.
7. Coordinate design, approval, and industrialization stages with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Define technical specifications and create component specifications.
9. Oversee risk analysis and participate in quality tool development.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing product value, cost optimization, and format rationalization.
11. Propose and lead value analysis projects and integrate eco-design proposals.

1. Engineering degree with a passion for technical innovation and product development.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in packaging development.

2. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate aesthetic and functional requirements into technical solutions.
3. Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Minimum of 3 years in packaging development, with a strong understanding of industrial processes and project management.

Engineering degree in a relevant field.
