Guerlain Packaging Development Project Intern

- Participate in the design, monitoring, and optimization of packaging for Guerlain's fragrance, skincare, and makeup lines.
- Support packaging development from marketing brief to industrialization.
- Contribute to the research and selection of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Conduct benchmarks and competitive analysis on luxury/beauty packaging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, purchasing, supply chain, R&D) and suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze prototypes, models, and samples.
- Update technical documentation (plans, specifications, etc.).
- Participate in compliance, compatibility, and industrialization testing.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality constraints.
- Monitor project progress using internal tools (PLM, Excel, etc.).
- Prepare summary presentations for project review meetings.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or packaging design school (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
- Specialization in packaging, materials, chemistry, or product development.
- Strong interest in luxury, cosmetics, and sustainable development.
- Technical knowledge of materials (plastic, glass, metal, cardboard), manufacturing processes, and industrial constraints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CAD/CAE tools (ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
No prior experience required.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or packaging design (Bac+4/5).
