1. Define supplier panels and manage the entire tender process, including launching and analyzing bids, negotiating contractual terms, and determining necessary production capacities for new product launches.
2. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure seamless contract execution throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Implement and sustain continuous improvement processes in logistics and quality, aligning with the brand's aesthetic standards.
4. Support budget management and purchasing performance monitoring with the assistance of the Financial Control team.
5. Assist in resolving disputes related to quality, logistics, and administrative issues.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging procurement within the cosmetics or food industry.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in project management settings.
4. Curiosity, rigor, pragmatism, and autonomy.
5. Result-oriented with leadership capabilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a packaging procurement role within the cosmetics or food industry is required.
