1. Serve as a primary contact for subsidiary markets regarding operational requirements in premium categories.
2. Develop and implement retail and event strategies for boutiques and Spas in the region.
3. Participate in the deployment and follow-up of launch projects throughout the zone.
4. Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in alignment with the brand's global strategy and distribution needs.
5. Develop and adapt 360° marketing tools to meet specific local requirements.
6. Conduct market analysis and evaluate sell-in and sell-out performance using Power BI & Circana.
7. Prepare competitive analysis by monitoring new products and conducting field tours.
8. Consolidate biannual budget reports at the regional level.
9. Create weekly and monthly newsletters and communicate regional best practices.
10. Contribute to the logistical coordination of the department.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program (bac +4/5 level).
2. Initial experience in a marketing role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment.

No prior experience required, though initial exposure to marketing is advantageous.

Pursuing a degree in business or a related field at bac +4/5 level.
