Guerlain Operational Marketing Intern

- Serve as a primary contact for subsidiary and export markets regarding operational requirements across fragrances, make-up, and skincare categories.
- Participate in the execution and monitoring of launch projects, including PR events and trade animations, throughout the region.
- Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in alignment with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution needs.
- Adapt 360° marketing tools such as leaflets and media assets to meet local requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate sell-in and sell-out performance using PowerBI and NPD.
- Oversee marketing launches, coordinate marketing requests, and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Compile a competitive review by monitoring new products and related 360-degree strategies.
- Create weekly and monthly newsletters and disseminate best practices within the region.
- Assist in the logistical coordination of the department.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent, with 4-5 years of higher education.
- Initial experience in a marketing role within a company.
- Strong organizational and commitment skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse professionals.
- Ability to react swiftly and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners with some initial marketing experience.
Currently pursuing a business school degree or equivalent (4-5 years).
