1. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses of Guerlain and competitor sell-out across three axes, and prepare quantitative reports.
2. Track numerical data related to Guerlain product launches and competitor activities.
3. Perform ad hoc analyses to enhance market understanding.
4. Create sales support tools for field teams, including new product books, presentation tools, and bespoke requests.
5. Coordinate with various suppliers and internal departments.
6. Assist in developing launch platforms for internal teams.
7. Prepare marketing plan presentations for France.
8. Update order forms.
9. Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activations in stores.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school at a Master's level (Bac+5) or equivalent program.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

2. Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
4. Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis.
5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry-level, ideally with some prior experience in a similar role.

Master's degree in progress from a business school or equivalent.

This is a conventioned internship starting in January 2026, for a duration of six months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
