Guerlain Operational Marketing Intern - Travel Retail

- Serve as a key contact for Travel Retail regions, addressing operational needs across fragrances, make-up, skincare, and brand animation.
- Develop and adapt 360° marketing tools, including product bibles, trade tools, and retailer presentations.
- Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in alignment with the brand's global strategy, with a particular focus on make-up.
- Participate in the roll-out and follow-up of launch projects across the zone.
- Consolidate reports and analyze product launches.
- Create Travel Retail newsletters and share best practices across regions.
- Contribute to the department's logistics coordination.
- Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program (Bachelor's level 4/5).
- Previous experience in a marketing role within a company.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and commitment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and react quickly.
- Familiarity with the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry is advantageous.
Entry-level experience in a marketing function is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
