Guerlain Northeast Account Executive

1. Execute business strategies developed by Corporate and provide on-site retail sales support in the assigned market area.
2. Continuously train and motivate Beauty Advisors, Selling Specialists, and Business Managers.
3. Plan and execute special event programs and follow-up training.
4. Drive sales results and offer a best-in-class client experience as a brand ambassador.
5. Coach and develop the Boutique team in the Guerlain Selling Ceremony.
6. Create and grow the client base through Customer Retention Management (CRM).
7. Perform sales analysis and propose actions for improvement, staying current with market trends.
8. Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate Beauty Consultants to achieve sales goals.
9. Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve product locations.
10. Partner with the Education Department for training and development.

1. 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience.
2. Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
3. Passionate about Guerlain and its values.
4. Empathetic, positive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Team player with effective communication skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Minimum of 5 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.

Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
