Guerlain Northeast Account Executive

- Execute business strategies developed by Corporate and provide on-site retail sales support in the assigned market area.
- Continuously train and motivate Beauty Advisors, Selling Specialists, and Business Managers.
- Plan and execute special event programs and follow-up training.
- Drive sales results and offer a best-in-class client experience as a brand ambassador.
- Coach and develop the Boutique team in the Guerlain Selling Ceremony.
- Create and grow the client base through Customer Retention Management (CRM).
- Perform sales analysis and propose actions for improvement, staying current with market trends.
- Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate Beauty Consultants to achieve sales goals.
- Negotiate with store personnel to gain space and improve product locations.
- Partner with the Education Department for training and development.
- 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience.
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
- Passionate about Guerlain and its values.
- Empathetic, positive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to recruit and build a high-performing team.
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Minimum of 5 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
Salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
